The hotel staff was nice except a guy who delivered something to the room. The pillows and mattress were very comfortable too bad they just didn’t smell clean. More than a few regular customers we talked to said it’s always that way. Machines are extremely tight everyone around us was complaining about it. Long lines everywhere and no waitresses to be found. Employees all seemed to be stressed and understaffed actually. Cashiers were very understaffed, rude and never looked up or called customers. Especially for the prices charged that’s really unacceptable. I only noticed before checkout, unfortunately. Wish I had noticed before I actually used it. Most importantly the shower had black mold! (See pics) I’m allergic to mold. There were long black hairs on one of the robes. Was some dust and dirt especially in bathroom and the pillows all smelled like sweat.
Not to nitpick but a few real issues I noticed Room wasn’t very clean at all. I worked in upper management in the hospitality industry for 30 years before retiring.
